Director: Cate Shortland

Stars: Scarlett Johansson, David Harbour, Florence Pugh, O-T Fagbenle, and Rachel Weisz

What We Know (So Far):

During the quick panel, Johansson talked about doing a Black Widow film in this time rather than if it were made years ago, saying:

“I don’t know if I could have played this iteration of Natasha ten years ago. It would have been a very different film and you know, I get to play Natasha as a fully realized woman and in all of her many facets. I’m excited for fans to see the flogged side of her, what she perceives to be the flogged side of her. And I’m looking to wipe out some of the red in my ledger.”

The official poster logo, as well as a small clip featuring a fight between Black Widow and Shostakov, debuted, as far as excitement goes, the cast and director are pumped and appear to be giving it their all. Check out the full panel down below! Marvel Studios Black Widow will arrive in theaters May 1st, 2020.

Of course, Kevin Feige could not leave without announcing one or two more items, the biggest being Mahershala Ali playing Blade in a new version of the character (but we’ll get into that in another post)

Of the long list of projects coming to us in the next two years, I can say for sure the two I’m most interested in are Doctor Strange and Thor: Love and Thunder. We’ve got a LOT of new content coming, and I for one cannot wait to consume all of it (well, maybe not Hawkeye… sorry).
